Scheduling Touch of Freedom will work with you to set up a cleaning schedule, whether it be on a monthly, weekly, or occasional basis. Our cleaning technicians are available Monday through Friday during normal business hours. However, we understand that you may have an occasional need for a Saturday cleaning in order to prepare for a special event. Please feel free to contact us and we will check to see if this accommodation is possible.
We at Touch of Freedom respect Sunday as a day of worship and do not schedule any cleanings on this day. Also, no cleaning visits will be available in observation of the following holidays:
New Year’s Day
Good Friday & Easter Weekend
Memorial Day
4th of July
Labor Day
Thanksgiving
Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
Arrival Time While we at Touch of Freedom do our best to remain on schedule, please take note that many things can affect our schedules, whether it be cancellations, lockouts, customers adding services, or winter road conditions. For this reason, arrival times are estimated within a 2 hour window. We want you to especially be aware of this if you are planning to wait for the cleaning technician to arrive. We want to save you time! Leaving a key at our office is the most efficient way for you to provide access to your home, and prevents us from wasting any more of your time.
