Payment   Payment is due the same day as your scheduled cleaning before cleaning begins. Please leave cash or a check for our cleaning technician at a designated location.

Fees   Fees are customized based upon the square footage of your home, cleaning details, and several other factors. Please refer to the Cleaning Options page for general information.  For an estimate, please contact us at:

Tipping   Though we allow our cleaning technicians to accept tips, you are under no obligation to tip at any time.

Late Cancellation Fee   Our Team Member’s time is important.  When we schedule your appointment we reserve a day and time for you and you alone. We require cancellations to be telephoned into our office no later than one week prior to a scheduled cleaning.  A $50 cancellation fee will be charged if we are not contacted within this time frame.

Lock Out/Turned Away Fee    If the TOF team arrives on the scheduled cleaning day and is turned away at the door or cannot get in, TOF will charge a fee of $100 for the missed cleaning. Please consider providing TOF with a spare key in order to avoid this situation. (See our Key Control and Alarm Policy.)

Returned Checks   Checks returned for NSF will be assessed a $50 charge.

Collections   In the unfortunate event that we are unable to collect on past due payments, accounts will be forwarded to our collection agency.

IRS and Taxes   You are not responsible for paying taxes for our workers. Since we are a legal employer, these matters are taken care of by the company.
